| The company has allotted the Budget amount for CSR is Rs.47.44 Laksh. The Actual CSR amuont to be spent by the company according to the Companies Act 2013 is Rs.45.20/- Lakhs within the FY 31/03/2022. The Company has spent Rs.13.25 Laksh within the FY 31/03/2022. The Balance unspent amount of Rs.34.19 Lakhs has been transferred to Unspent CSR Account as per section 135(6) Companies Act, 2013 and project has continued to the next FY. All the pending projects were completed within 30.09.2022 and a total amount of Rs.31.95 Lakhs has been spent and a balance amount of Rs.2.24 Lakhs is available in Unspent CSR Account. | ||||||||
